The overview shows all employees and how many of them are active, inactive or currently on holiday. Furthermore, at first glance you can see requests for leave or time compensation that the supervisor can accept or reject.
The employee overview shows all working hours for the selected period, as well as information on remaining leave, time compensation, bonuses and allowances.
The daily overview shows the entries (stamps) per day as well as more detailed information on per diems, allowances or cost centres.
There is a holiday overview for each employee as well as for the entire company. The holiday calendar can be displayed for a department and also for the entire company, so that planning holidays is easy and there are no employee shortages. Confirmed holidays are automatically transferred to the payroll and no additional entry is required in the payroll.
As different employees have different employment contracts and collective agreements, these can be stored individually for each employee in the settings so that payroll can be automated.
With the help of our interface, data can be transferred to a payroll programme and printed with our evaluations and submitted for signing. Furthermore, direct export to payroll accounting programmes is possible.
