Simple & automated keeping of the driver's logbook
Thanks to the electronic logbook from MTrack by ITBinder, writing by hand is a thing of the past. Thanks to the Internet-based software, you save your field staff a lot of time on administrative tasks and enable them to focus on their essential tasks. In addition, an authorised person in the company can record, evaluate and archive the data of all employees on a driver-related basis and bill them to the nearest kilometre.
Another bonus:Thanks to the private/business switch, private journeys are not recorded, thus ensuring the privacy of your employees.

Reports & Analyses
With the simple and insightful reports you can evaluate and analyse data with one click. With reports such as the start-stop report or the history, you receive information about your vehicles including route, POI entry and exit. Trip reports are selectable by vehicle and driver. It is clear, easy to read and has totals per day and selected period. Due to the intelligent software and database structure, reports are generated quickly, even for larger time periods.
Further advantages for vehicles under 3.5 tons
Electronic immobiliser: this prevents a vehicle from being put into operation without appropriate identification, so that unauthorized persons cannot use the vehicle.
The immobiliser is activated automatically after the ignition is switched off. To enable the vehicle to be started, a driver must first identify himself (using an RFID chip or iButton). This is made possible by MTrack’s driver recognition system.
Passenger detection: this enables detection of all persons who are in the vehicle. The collected data is available for further processing in the MTrack software.
Fully automatic, legally compliant steering protocol
As of 1 January 2018, the logbook for recording driver working hours was replaced by the driving log in accordance with the so-called Lenkprotokoll-Verordnung. If your employees are obliged to keep a driving log, MTrack will help you save time and money. A small switch in the vehicle or the MTrack Go employee app can be used to switch between driving, rest and other working times at the touch of a button.
